a thought just came to my mind while i was eating my corned beef sandwich ( did i need to mention that ^_^' ): perhaps we could have a page expressing the upload requirements before someone uploads an image. what i mean is, say you click "Upload" to upload a pic, but instead of going to the upload page, you get a page giving the bare minimum requirements of a post, and at the bottom there could be an "i accept the upload rules" button, that when clicked brought you to the upload page. it could also describe the penalties for disregarding the rules(like a 3 day suspension, or whatever it is) so people know what happens when they disobey. of course, privileged accounts could bypass this page altogether, since most of 'em would know what to/not to post here. just a thought...
