Hopey said: Yeah, I was on some random persons foot. I wonder if my cat was sitting on my face during that dream.
I've been wondering this. But how did you know if you were a sock or not, as socks don't have eyes or other senses at all, so what did you "dream of"?
It seems to me if you were a sock you wouldnt have any sensory input to even know what you were (or weren't) anyways. How did you know exactly what you were...?
If I had a dream that was zoomed in ON a sock, I'd probably think I was looking AT A sock, not that I WAS a sock, which would make somewhat less sense. o_o just saying.
example
In one of the recent nightmares (or not-quite-dreams) it was a vision-like scene where, the scene itself and its contents, rapidly zoomed out from what appeared to be close to someone's ear ( a young lady, smiling, evidently. o_o.... no fucking idea... one of the worst ones to date... in some strange way... maybe just the stupid mundanity and pointlessness of it all. ).
Rather then me assuming "I was" a small object that was weightless and flying out of a persons ear, you could think of it as closer to taking a video camera and zooming in to a persons head, but in reverse ( so, zooming out, maybe ).
But the "me" part did not exist anywhere in the dream at all. Which is relatively normal. I find. It's rarer for me to exist in my dreams, and it's also extremely rare for people to exist, it's probably a huge majority of no one at all.
