I downloaded your application and tested it a bit. Personally I wouldn't have any reason to use it instead of the Konachan website in a web browser, but I'll share my feedback regardless...
Attempted clarification of Dummy's suggestion
Dummy said: Adding a link to a discussion thread in the application would be a good idea. You can create update threads here, if Kona-chan will be the main target of the application.
Kingfisheranime said: What do you mean add a link to a discussion thread?
I'm not entirely sure what Dummy intended, but I would guess it was either one of two ideas, both of which I would suggest as well: 1. to include somewhere (as appropriate) in the About section of your program a hyperlink to this forum thread, and 2. when viewing an image in the Online Library mode, for there to be some feature facilitating the user to place a comment on that image on Konachan (even just a hyperlink to the Konachan webpage version of the image would help (e.g. with accompanying text saying "Want to comment on this image on Konachan? Click here to open the image's page in your web browser" where the "click here" text would be the hyperlink)).
Proofread and revised version of the ToS shown during installation
Your ToS has some grammatical and sentence structuring issues...
Original Kingfisheranime v2.0.0.7 ToS: This software was created for Konachan.com/.net
- WARNING - this software has accces to all of Konachan images from safe to the xrated ones, this software is for adult 's only, installing this software you agree you are class as adult in your location, Also you are held responsible for the images you view and save from this software, this software does not host any images it only access the konachans resources to provide you there hosted images.
The above is the text of the ToS right now. Below is my proposed revised version. I focused only on retouching the content of the text that you had already included (and adding text here and there for clarification) and didn't consider potentially expanding the body of the text.
minabi revised Kingfisheranime ToS: This software was created for Konachan.com.
- WARNING - This software has access to all of Konachan's undeleted images ranging from SFW to X-rated content. This software is for adults only; by installing this software you agree that you are classified as a legal adult in your location. You, the end user, are solely responsible for all image viewing and downloading performed through this software. All images viewed through this software are hosted on the servers of Konachan.com and are merely accessed by this software; Kingfisheranime and its creators are in no way responsible for the content of these images.
Of note is my removal of the mention of Konachan.net at the beginning... In my opinion it's silly and somewhat contradictory to include that since Konachan.net only allows for viewing SFW images, and in the next sentence you clearly state that you can view the very same X-rated images that Konachan.net is designed to not show.
Fixing some typos
In the drop-down menu for Rating-based search filters, you've used the word "henta"; assuming there hasn't been a severe misunderstanding, the standard spelling for the word you're trying to use there is "hentai", with an i at the end.
In the collect image pop-up menu appear the words "Sreen Revenue". Judging by the presence of image pixel count on the same line, I would assume you meant "Screen Resolution".
Interface optimizations
When I first opened the program, there were some features that the meaning or function of which was not immediately obvious. I quickly gained understanding of all of them through experimentation, but even so I would recommend these changes so that their intended meaning/purpose was immediately apparent.
Firstly, the symbols denoting Safe, Questionable, or Explicit status for an image were - for me at least - notably unintuitive, although their general format (colored symbols) isn't an issue IMO. At first glance I thought they were representing success at loading the image (for the checkmark) or failure/having encountered an error (for the x), and I was just confused about the star, but considering that yellow stars denote level 3 favorited images on Konachan itself, some people might mistake it for indicating some sort of favorite system in your program. Instead of having a checkmark/star/x system, I would instead suggest a green S for Safe images, a yellow Q or E for Questionable/Ecchi images, and a red E or H for Explicit/Hentai images.
We use the terminology Safe/Questionable/Explicit on Konachan itself, but you seem to have taken to using Safe/Ecchi/Hentai instead in your program; I don't mind this personally, but whichever system you do use, I suggest for clarity's sake that you use it for all appearances of the terminology throughout your program.
I had the same issue initially understanding (just by seeing them) what turned out to be the search page selector and search results per page control mechanisms, and was also somewhat disappointed with the amount of information about each image that is displayed in the program. This is what your search control suite looks like now. I'd advise you to reconfigure it to something like this (with exact text alignment and size etc. customized to your tastes; the core of my recommendation is that you have present in the program that text which explains what each feature does and/or how to use it, and the extra image data).
I don't see what reason there is to not include such text in the interface, there's plenty of room for it... Or so it seems to me, but if you want to save space, the image data could be accessed on demand through a pop-up window by clicking on an entry under the image number/uploader in the search results list, like the arrangement you have now for the Collect and View All Tags windows.
In particular about the artist and source, Konachan's community has a longstanding tradition of being anal about including such data on our uploaded images in order to credit the artists for their hard work. If you were to ensure that that information is displayed in your program (that is, to the extent that the information is available on Konachan), I think both the artists and Konaites would appreciate it.
Image zoom settings
For me, a particularly welcome addition that you could make to the program would be the ability to view images at a custom zoom setting ranging from somewhere more zoomed in than 100% to somewhere more zoomed out than 100%, or at least for viewing the image at 100% zoom to be an option. The white space which fills in any unused space in the image-rendition portion of the program window is also somewhat jarring (as would be any color other than the default background color in the program) and I would recommend you do away with it somehow.
