Because she would be utterly destroyed. Her super power would be... well, singing. That only is effective when it's done VERY badly. Besides, who would want to see her hurt?

One doesn't need to sing badly in order to create devastating sound effects, for example Opera singers have been known to shatter glass with a well tuned high-pitch.
Sound is a viable weapon to cause disorientation & to cause damage.
In the world of Anime Miku could conceivably use sound to enhance the effects of her "Knockout-Out" punch. :)
