Better quality version than 140005

i am almost 100% certain that that is Haruko from FLCL. same hair and eye color, yellow vespa of the exact same design, and even the grass is done with the same layering style as was used in FLCL.

It doesn't look like Haruko at all to me. This girl has brown hair that's long in length and in a ponytail. Haruko-san had short, pink hair. They only thing they really have in common IS a yellow scooter. But I'm not gonna mess with the tags.

Two wheeled motorized vehicles and high heels don't mix. The heel breaks off just when you set your foot down to slow and stop and stabilize the bike, and you lose your stance and fall over (I actually saw this happen once at a motorcycle safety training class on NAS Miramar in the 80's), other than that, it's a wonderful image...She looks to really be staring intently to spot something rather than star-gazing...

You should NEVER put your foot down while your bike is rolling... Unless it's a supermotard.
