WHY are you only able to talk in English or Japanese?! There are probably going to be users from other countries who don't know either language that want to comment. Who came up with this stupid rule?! Change it!

First: if you would like to argue your point, proceeds to the forums, please. Second: if you present your argument with such a confrontational tone, you will sooner be banned than heard. Be respectful, and you will be treated with same respect.

I guarantee there are reasons for the rules being as they are. It is not mere bigotedness. So treat the staff like the people they are, and ask them why it is the way it is before yelling at them to change it.

I think because of these things. At first, Konachan.com is an Anime Wallpaper's site. No need to explain anymore but user must know that this site based on Japan's style and just for them who love this beloved country. And second, English is the most common language in the world. This is just international language.
Till here, we must understand that, just Japanese and they can talk JP here, otherwise, use the internal language = English, so everyone can understand and discussion together.
I really dunno How dumb would that thing goes on, try to talk to a Russia, huh, can I ? Or I wanna say something but these people is just using Chinese together and I can;t even understand anything.
