That looks like a pencil in her left hand and she is holding what appears to be a sketchbook under her right arm so I suggest she wants to sketch the scenery, a really beautiful one.Agos said:

Uhh... doesn't anyone see the one propeller at the bottom of the pillar there? OBVIOUSLY that's keeping that entire building afloat. Come on guys.
One: It's only one small propeller, so it would buckle under all the weight of stone. Two: It seems to be the only propeller in the picture, so where are the others for the other floating stones? Three: It pointing in the wrong direction to stay afloat properly. Finally, it's only one stone building, not the entire thing.
