Could it be that simple things like this don't have translation notes because the gobi is difficult to keep in the translation? Personally, I usually get stuck on how best to phrase a translation without changing the feel of the sentence. I'm almost never satisfied with my translations of dialog...

"How is it? Does it look good-nyan?"
「どう？　似合うかニャン？」
"Dou? Niau ka-nyan?"

"Makoto-kun, how about me-nyan?"
「マコトくん、　わたしはどうニャン？」
"Makoto-kun, watashi wa dou-nyan?"
