Weightloss shouldn't be about losing weight quick. That's usually not very sustainable.

The simplest way to lose weight is to eat less, eat better, and exercise. Whether we like it or not, that's always gonna be the case.

"If it's white, it ain't right." Stay away from white bread, sugar, potatoes, rice, etc. Look for more nutritious substitutes like whole grains, veggies, and brown rice. Cut out anything that isn't water or fresh juice. I don't know how coffee and tea factor in to weightloss, but they're probably fine (so long as you avoid sugar and fattening creamers).

Don't purge. Don't deny yourself square meals. Snack on healthy things like nuts or fruits if you're super hungry.
