Normally 과 would be "gwa" and 요 would be "yo". That's what I get in every romanization tool I've tried. Certainly the artist is using "gmyo" as his/her display name on pixiv. That may be a romanization error, non-standard romanization or a separate alias altogether. But considering the standard romanization of the name he uses in his/her own language as well as consistency with danbooru, gwayo is preferable.
