From what I can find, she seems to be a Chinese virtual streamer on Bili Bili. I think the team she belongs to is called...Vup (Virtual UP)?

welp i looked it up the tag which was "花洛栗栗子", tbh it is kinda a weird name attempting to pretend it is a japanese name but which isn't and as you said it more chinese pronunciation centric,
best i can suggest is to trim it as hanaku kuriko (since to break it in the japanese name pattern would be 花洛 [hana raku] 栗栗子 [kuri kuriko] but hanaraku kurikuriko just doesnt sound right at all...) :v
