Well, I used advanced OCR and AI translation, I hope I haven't nailed too far.
That's a rather liberal translation, given that it turned the "Baka" into a whole second sentence based on the context of the first sentence. Though, a literal translation for "Baka" will usually sound weird if you're not used to it.

I changed the translation to sound more natural and normal. 99% of people already get what "baka" means so I just put that since it sounds cuter...
Well, ジロジロ would be more like constantly glancing over, probably while trying not to seem too obvious. It's a bit different than staring... But I get the feeling that some people would call that staring anyway, so I guess that's good enough.
