Hmm, it says error: access denied when trying to remove it.
console indicates update.json responded a 403, something messed up the post string.
You have to go into post history to do it. I don't think ya'll can. I can't remember what non-Mods can and cannot change.
Anyone can remove notes. But as Em mentioned, due to a bug, you can only remove them by going to history and undoing the edit that created the note.
