There's a pink line at the bottom but didn't feel like cropping it.

That's an effect the artist applied to the whole image. Same goes for the yellow line on the left. You'll see it on all high contrast lines in the image.

Yeah, you're spot on. The one at the bottom just stood out to me. Also, this sort of effect (sort of blurry) is called chromatic aberration right?

I have no idea what the effect is called in any image editors.

Technically, chromatic aberration is a photography issue and this effect is only mimicking it.
