Something about chinese clothing is so appealing to me.

Yeah. I hate to sound like too much of an "Orientalist" but traditional Asian clothing really is a lot more beautiful and ornate than what I feel a lot of the Western world had going on at the time. And the cool thing about it is that it's still worn in modern times.
