Isn't this exactly the same as post #1151, should it be deleted or parented? There are a lot of these from very early posts so I want to know what to do with these.
after checking which one is better quality (if they aren't exact copies) the worst one / newer one should be flagged as deletion with reason "Duplicate of post #x"

Is he making these accounts for the sole purpose of spamming comments (bypassing the 5 comments/hour limit)? He seems to be commenting an every which post he comes across...And the vast majority of the comments aren't very...Yeah...I'll leave it at that...NecroTorTure said:

She hasn't broken any rules by having multiple accounts, however Scifi and I are looking into the matter.

Not positive. I recall Shuugo mentioning he was willing to give it a trial run a few months ago. Not sure if it was made permanent or not. I think the news is somewhere in the forums. Too lazy to check right now though :pDavis_500 said:
