Added some notes. Can someone else get the rest and check the note at the 6 o'clock position? I can't tell if that's supposed to be Haruhi or Ayanami. (Neither are tagged and the SHnY/NGE uniform skirts are too damn similar to me.)

The one in the 3 o'clock one is Fatina from Tower of Druaga: Aegis/Sword of Uruk. Having a figure of her helps I guess.
Lul, the Hatsune and Yui ones stick out like a sore thumb....
I'm also going to go out on a limb here and say the last one is Kan'u from Koihime Musou. Funny, it just suddenly hit me and felt like I was grabbing at something random, but I check the figure I have then looked at some RAW's. You can also tell it's Kan'u from the length of hair going down her left.

I'm not really sure but, I think that's not Usagi Tsukino... Isn't it Sailor Saturn???
Ugh...You might be right about that. If it was S.Moon, we'd be seeing blonde twintails as well.

Unfortunately, it is NOT sailor saturn they ALL wear different boots saturns are purple lace-ups whereas sailor moons are red. not to mention shes the only one who has red boots out of all of them =\
