Am I blind or is Stocking not actually in this and "Stocking" suposed to refer to Ruri (judging by the fact Ruri's handling Stocking's, uh, stocking blades)?
I don't think we can tag Kuroneko as cosplaying since she's not wearing Stocking's clothing. It's more like she took on Stocking's role.
If so, please remove the Stocking tag.
Well, there's also the chance Stocking is cosplaying as Kuroneko, but I don't think that's quite the case here...If that is Kuroneko, we need the crossover tag as well.

Ruri is standing in as Stocking. They're similar characters (sorta), but the outfit's a dead giveaway.
