As of now, I guess you can't. I'm happy with that limit though, at least one person doesn't flood all of the comments in a minute.

There's that limit because there's a flood on comments without it. And it's a pain to delete them afterwards. There's a few users that would post more than 20 comments in one hour if that limit was lift.

Instead of dealing with the deletion and possible banning I decided to put such a "hard" limit.

I can see why you would something like that, but why only 3? That seems a but low, and did piss me off when I go into a conversation about a pic, why not 5 or 10?

Shuugo isn't kidding when he says users would post over 20 comments in an hour. Let's say that 5 users posted 10 useless comments (like "lol! ^_^") each; that would be 50 posts of spam already. And Konachan doesn't have only 10 members that would do that.

Yes, it might be a bit annoying when you're having a conversation, but would you rather have a flooded site? In my opinion, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't. :P Also, this isn't a networking website, so no one expects you to reply in 5 minutes.

I don't think the limit is that really hard 3 comments / hour. Up to 72 comments / day. If you have something that is some topic related you can always try to use the forums.There aren't any limits there.
