Well, it's a bit more like I like playing games as it's just me against the games programming. Playing against/with other people I'm sure develops better skills and such I'm sure (concerning other multiplayer games, like FPSes), but playing games has always been a way for me to do something at MY own pace. MMO's are too play-balanced conscious (I like it when a game give you a nice bonus near/at/after the endgame so you can do whatever you wish after you put in some effort to beat it) to keep my attention.

I've always been more of a "single-player mode" gamer...

Meh, I really enjoy single-player games as well. Indeed, and the story from Bioshock is good, really good, you shouldn't have done that. 1 is also a bit better than 2, but 2 is more fun considering fighting and the bunch.

I guess I make up for my relatively lonely life by keeping in touch with friends online and lurkings places like here on Konachan. I never felt okay with the idea of chatting IN a game via text: I should be playingthe game, not typing ^_~ VoiceChat I guess mitigates that, but meh...I prefer multi-player gaming in a an actual group where you can shake hands for a good round/fight or cheer one another on with a slap/pat on the back/shoulder. I haven't been to a gaming party in a long time though.

I only have a handful of friends IRL that I'm consistently in contact with. (I'm mildly picky as to who I honestly would consider a friend versus say acquaintance.) Though part of that is due to the other party's dedication to keeping up the relation on their side. (I damn near kept one of my friendships going single-handedly for almost a decade...I've almost given up on putting in all the effort with that girl...) Others I've just lost contact with for one reason or another. (Mostly the people I met and knew online only.) In fact, I don't think I communicate with any of my old 'net friends anymore. (At least not within recent memory.)

Umm, around 9 or 10 (pm) and finished just after 3 (am) (GOW3)

@stahn Have you played chains of Olympus, was really good for a psp game.

@Goggles I've beat the 2'nd one to 100%. Hercules isn't in the 2'nd game, hes in the 3rd. the 2'nd game has some tosser that can go invisible and blind you. He was really fun to kill ^_^

I bought it...Never cracked it open...And loaned it to a friend...^_^; He still has it now too. I think I went ahead and just told him to keep it (or left it on extended loan to him.)

At the time of me buying it, it wasn't high on my priority list of games to play. Other games I wanted to play came out or I got addicted to a particular game for a while, so it got pushed back...And I eventually forgot about it...until I had to move and found it during my packing...I lent it to my friend then. That was over a year ago.

Hmm. You should, it was actually really good, for a psp game.

Great...So I finally figured out VC2 (Valkyria Chronicles 2) is being released the same day as AC:Joint Assault. I hate releases like these for games I wanna play...Now I need to split my time between them or hold off on one for a bit...(And not forget about it...)

Ace Combat... Lul I've only played the first one, didn't know there was more :P Ima play that if I'm ever able to get my hands on the chance of it :P

I know about Assault Horizon, but it's not due out until like March, 2011. That's over 6 months. Scheduling can change during that time, so I'm kinda ignring it until the actual release is closer.

We'll see how it goes since the newer AC games are abandoning the fictional world they've used AC2 for real-world locations. Hopefully gameplay won't differ by much...It'd be a plus if the story was a good as Unsung War. (Best AC plot/story to date that I know of. I can't comment on AC3 since only the JPN version had a real story...AC04's story was "meh" to me; didn't really feel like I was part of it as a pilot. No 360 for me to play AC6. ACZ was...Hard to watch with live acting...And ACX was mediocre. Felt a bit like AC04. Lastly, AC1 and AC2 didn't have a story to tell.)

I just dragged in the new Need for speed World.
Online, and free *Well, free, you know how marketing goes these days, if you want to increase further than lvl 10, you have to pay*, 20$ something for 40 lvls. 10~50.
But I got to say, it's rather fun, I check every new NFS each year again, but the last 3 kind off disappointed me, this is refreshing with elements of multiple NFS games.

The problem with racing games online is, god, the distance lag, and o god, even worse, the ''rammers'. At first I thought, great, a game of skill, but everybody is ramming eachother to get in the lead, what the >_<!..

A well, I'll get to lvl 10, and who knows, might spend the extra few for some more fun. I think the ''rammers'' might get less onces you reach higher lvls.

There's also the new Hot Pursuit NFS game due out I think in NOV(?). Just read a preview of it on ArsTechnica a few hours ago.

Never enjoyed racing game. Always been terrible at them and hated not being able to kill any of the other racers. Now that I think about it, I hate cars in general.

According to the Bioshock wiki we know and love, Bioshock three should be coming out in late 2011 (around September - October or something)

Lol... um the game is called Bioshock:Infinite... so try typing that into google and skimming websites for good info :P

Sniper Ghost Warrior is epic fail, I really, really liked the concept, but it got killed because of an uncountable amount of bugs and glitches.

And, yes there is a Monsterhunter on the PC, but I think it was limited to Japan.
I have the Wii game, epic enough, though I don't feel like playing these days. Got around 100 hours in just 2 weeks time after the release, felt good, but at the same time bad.
