wah! really :c
My sister was so worked up about it I knew when he died and I don't even watch that show..
Wait, he died?
Noooo! Who will make me laugh now????

Game of thrones? Another of those series my friends allways tells me to watch... That and breaking bad.
Fluffy, you should watch Vikings. I like it quite a bit more than game of thrones.
Game of thrones has a lot of chit chat. The story is great really, but there a few moments an actually full scaled battle happens.
Vikings however.. Has less chit chat, still a great story, cooler settings and great battles!

I just like how my list of plan to watch TV series just grow larger and larger... Wonder when I'll get time to start watching them.
Heck I'm two or three season behind on Top Gear...

Wait... What's up with all the live action series? What happened to all your love for animes? The only live action you're supposed to watch is Kamen Rider and Ultraman darn it.
Because everybody who is an anime lover is not allowed to watch anything not from Japanese origin. I love anime, but sometimes there are a few western series and movies which are truly gems.
Depending on how GOT might unfold it will be one as well.
The Walking dead went from 'Good' to 'Sucks' after the second season.
Prison Break a few years back was a gem up till a certain stage as well.
Breaking Bad.. I dropped it. Might give it a try and skip season 2/3 because it's too much of the same.
And then we have Vikings. It's a small gem right now, the actors are great, and really play their role well.

Vikings is a historically inaccurate train wreck from what I've read. I myself have only watched one scene(a battle) and the ridiculousness of it was enough to turn me away. Sadly, that's not even surprising of The History Channel anymore...
Edit: If this is going to be the new Friendly Topic, I think it would be a good idea to include Zipporah-Mai's OP into the OP of this one.

Since when was TV series historically accurate? And also History channel? Please give me shows that is about history and not some weird futuristic end of the world shit and aliens. A lesson for History channel.Cade said:

Transforming/shape shifting magic for me!noitis said:Question time!
I have used magic and am acquainted with others who have used magic.
I still get ninja'd though. Heh.

In regards to noitis' question: I want no magic; however, there is one power that I wish I did have.
I want a "thought-infiltration" ability. I've wanted that for the longest time...
The magic to love and be loved!
Now goodnight! Hahaha. Magic pffft..

Curing magic is the best!
Why you ask?!

I've always thought of Geass (my own of course) as a pretty cool power, though it's nowhere near the category of magic, though.noitis said:
You may all come up with your own type of magic.
Though in all honesty I'd just want magic that enhances my physical capabilities, like running faster, jumping farther, etc.
Sounds like Vinland Saga would be a nice alternative.Cade said:

Shape-shifting is the go-to magic power for me. It casts a pretty wide net after all, you could use it for traveling, disguises, combat etc. The only issue is finding an excuse to use it to its full potential...
Does shape-shifting hurt when you do it?
^Umm I think it depends on you. For some it does while for other does not. Mostly depends what you change into.
It's so versatile I bet anyone can find some use for it, even in everyday life... but I'll probably never have a proper excuse to transform into say, a giant or a sea of blood. I mean I could attack Tokyo or something but that would be mean...noitis said:
You're not transferred to some magical world. You remain here, in this reality. You may just choose something useful for your life here.
Involuntary shape-shifting often does, like from a curse or supernatural disease or other corruption. But like Fluffy said, it varies. I'm pretty sure it's usually painless when voluntary but even then you may have to fulfill certain conditions.otaku_emmy said:

DID SOMEONE MENTION A SEA OF BLOOD?!
What the fuck was that...
That's genius. He's overlapping the h#. clauses' effects by staggering them. I'm not quite sure why it works, but one way or another Freenight has now gained another +5 minabi points...
I would've done it normally. But 14 hours went by with no one rising to the call of blood, it's almost like you guys were waiting for me.
Hm. That was the best spoiler I've ever seen. Also, I still don't know how to make giant letters.
