You are right that it is Sakura, the tagging on some of the old Oyashiro-sama posts is incomplete.

soft_beauty I think is for any image of a girl kinda posing, it seems like a tag I would use for painting, and the like.
Oyashiro-sama is "anonymous" account. Long time ago it was allowed. And it was used to import posts from old shimmie konachan.
